At PawQuench, we want you and your dog to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging. Please include your order number or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be sent to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them. After this time, orders may already be processed.
